Do you have a miss fire you can't seem to track down? Running lean or rich?
Send your injectors to us to make sure they are not the problem, we will perform our full testing service, which includes an extensive series of leak tests, pressure tests, pulse width/rpm range simulation testing, resistance testing and spray pattern/atomization testing with certified ASNU test fluid in our ASNU flow bench.
All injectors receive a summary performance sheet, showing how your injectors performed under dynamic and static flow tests.
ALL INJECTORS ARE TESTED AND SHIPPED BACK WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING (if no issues are found)
Over time deposits and or corrosion build up inside the injector and it's moving parts, reducing its ability to spray fuel properly and in the correct pattern. These deposits can also cause the injector to stick open and leak or stick close and not spray at all! Additionally electrical components such as the coils can corrode or weaken. These issues can cause poor running issues, poor fuel mileage, loss of power, and increased emissions. Severe cases can cause difficult or non-existent starting of the vehicle.
Our service will inspect and test all aspects of your injectors, if there is an issue with your injectors you will be contact promptly and be informed of any and all options that are available to fix or replace any faulty injector/s. Not all problems are the result of the injectors alone, but we can help you eliminate the possibility of any issue being the injectors fault.
