FUEL INJECTOR CLEANING SERVICE
Are your fuel injectors gummed up? Not pulsing? Or a misfire? Then you just may need your injectors professionally cleaned and tested to bring them back to OEM standards. A lot of the time you may think you need to go purchase brand new expensive injectors to get your vehicle running right again, but trust me when I say “you probably don’t.” In most cases injectors get gummed up and stuck from sitting around especially if the vehicle is seasonal or only runs a few times a year. We provide cleaning and flow testing for your fuel injectors

Flow Test - This test includes a light external cleaning of the injectors to get dust and debris off. Once that is complete the injectors will go straight into one of our flow benches where they will go through several tests including a resistance test, leak test, high pressure test, and our standard dynamic and static pulsing tests under 3 BAR/45 PSI of pressure.

** Feel free to just purchase the Flow Test if you do not know what you need. We will call you if we think you need a clean and test - Price will become the “Before and After Cleaning Flow Test.” if need be**

Clean and Test - This test includes an extensive cleaning procedure to make sure your injectors are not gummed up and are pulsing correctly before flow testing. Once that is complete the injectors will go straight into one of our flow benches where they will go through several tests including a resistance test, leak test, high pressure test, and our standard dynamic and static pulsing tests under 3 BAR/45 PSI of pressure. This service includes new orings (as long as they are stocked orings) and new filters.


Before and After Cleaning Flow Test - This test is necessary if you are chasing down issues. The before test will show you how your injectors ran in your vehicle. After the first flow test session we will put them through an extensive cleaning cycle to get the most out of your injectors in the second round of testing. They will go through our machines twice, going through several tests including a resistance test, leak test, high pressure test, and our standard dynamic and static pulsing tests under 3 BAR/45 PSI of pressure. This service includes new orings (as long as they are stocked orings) and new filters.


NOTE:
- The cleaning process can strip off aftermarket paint jobs on metal injectors or      painted/markered numberings. We engrave the injectors so you always know which one is which.
- We used certified equipment from ASNU and GB Remanufacturing
- Injectors are oiled before reshipping to ensure they will pulse if injectors are placed in storage after cleaning.
- Every package will include a flow sheet with the results of our testing
- Expect higher shipping costs due to insured shipments to make sure your injectors are covered if lost or damaged while in transit.
