HOW TO START A RETURN
Once you have read through our return policies, please use the email form at the bottom of this page to begin the RMA Process. This email form will include everything needed to start a return. The information that you must provide is as follows:
- Your Name
- Contact Information (Phone Number and Email)
- Order Number
- Questions About Return

STANDARD RETURN POLICY - 30 DAYS*
Thank you for shopping at AutoMods! We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. This only applies to items that have not been used, modified, damaged, misused or abused. If a product kit has been purchased you must return the ENTIRE KIT/COMBO. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number, and freight charges are strictly non-refundable. For more information regarding our freight refund policy, please refer to the Product Refunds section below.

*If the item is on backorder the 30 days will start once the item is available.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS - INTERCOOLERS, TURBOCHARGERS, CLEARANCE ITEMS, SPECIAL ORDERS, OPEN BOX / OVERSTOCK
AutoMods often has products listed that are not eligible for return. These items are labeled as Open-Box, Clearance or Overstock merchandise. We also do not take returns on special order items such as Intercoolers and Turbochargers.

Open-Box, Clearance or Overstock merchandise are sold at reduced prices, therefore all sales are considered final and no returns or refunds will be granted. The buyer assumes responsibility for any and all risks that may be associated with purchasing said items. While items have been tested for basic functionality, they may have superficial physical defects including (but not limited to) scratches, dings, or dents. Should any items prove defective in either quality or performance after the sale is complete, the buyer assumes responsibility for the cost of all necessary servicing or repairs.

REFUSED / UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Refused or undeliverable orders that are returned to our facility will be processed like a standard return. However, Refused / Undeliverable are subject to restocking fees, freight will not be refunded, and new shipping charges will be incurred.

Keep in mind that international orders which have been refused by the receiver or deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier may be subject to duties, taxes, customs charges or brokerage fees on the return shipment. AutoMods reserves the right to deduct these additional costs, in addition to all freight charges, from the product refund.

If you would like to return an item it is recommended to follow our return instructions. Without an RMA your package has the potential of being refused, cause delays in return shipping, and incur additional shipping costs or restocking fees.

PRODUCT REFUNDS
Once your return shipment has been received and approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original form of payment. The refund will most likely appear on your credit statement within 1-5 business days, depending on your bank's processing practices. Please keep in mind that only returns which meet all RMA conditions and return policy requirements will be eligible for a refund.

AutoMods does NOT refund shipping charges for returned items, and orders which qualified for free shipping will not receive a refund for the credited shipping charges. Any customs or duties charges incurred upon returning an international shipment will be charged to the original form of payment. Refused or undeliverable orders may also be subject to return freight fees, duties, taxes, customs charges or brokerage fees. All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. However, items subject to restocking fees are on a case to case basis. If normal return is processed with RMA and does not include one of the “non-returnable” there will be no restocking fee.
